Shipping policy


1. Order Processing Time



All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed.

Processing times may be longer during high-volume periods or holidays.


Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.





2. Shipping Times



Estimated delivery times:


  • United States: 7–16 business days
  • International: 15–28 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the carrier, weather conditions, customs, or high-volume periods.

3. Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.

Tracking information may take 24–48 hours to update after the carrier scans the package.

 

4. Incorrect Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate and complete shipping address.


Skyzztarr is not responsible for:


  • Packages delivered to the wrong address
  • Delays caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses

If the package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer is responsible for reshipping fees.

 

5. Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages

Once the package is shipped and handed to the carrier, Skyzztarr is no longer responsible for:


  • Lost packages
  • Delays by the carrier
  • Stolen packages after delivery

For lost or stolen packages, please contact the shipping carrier directly.

6. International Shipping & Customs

International orders may be subject to customs fees, import taxes, or duties.

These fees are not included in our prices and must be paid by the Skyzztar

 Skyzztarr is not responsible for customs delays.

 


7. Order Changes & Cancellations

 

 

 

Once an order has been processed or shipped, we cannot:

 


  • Change the shipping address
  • Modify items
  • Cancel the order
